The 2018 Riesling Cuvée Colette offers a clear, bright, fresh and flinty bouquet that is precise and elegant and an excellent ambassador of the sandy granite soils at the bottom of the grand cru Schlossberg. Fresh, round and with lush fruit on the palate, this is an elegant and well-concentrated dry Riesling with fine tannins and lingering saline acidity that make this a quite rich but lean and appetizing Riesling with excellent phenolic grip on the crisp and cleansing finish. 14% stated alcohol.
