From fruits from Gualtallary, more than 1,300 meters above sea level in the Uco Valley, on limestone-rich soils. It has sweet and succulent fruits, but also herbal notes and, above all, a firm, somewhat wild tannin structure, closely linked to the type of textures that are usually found in calcareous wines in the Mendoza mountains.
