Weinbach's 2017 Alsace Riesling Cuvée Colette is pure and flinty on the nose, with discreet tropical fruit aromas. Full-bodied and firmly structured on the palate, this is an intensely flavored, quite rich and persistent Riesling with stunningly good length.

Good full yellow. Perfumed nose of ripe apple and lime, stone fruit and minerals. Then juicy and bright, offering flavors similar to the aromas. Racy and refined wine that boasts noteworthy salinity on the long, clean finish. A little less round and full than some past vintages of the Cuvée Colette, this outstanding wine will be a slam-dunk with a calamari risotto. It's also the best wine bearing the Cuvée Colette name to date.
